FOVUE Warranty Regulations
One-year free warranty and lifetime quality guarantee.
Validity Period:LCD main unit: Replacement within three months, warranty within three years, and the LCD panel is guaranteed for one year. Excluding user manuals, after-sales service booklets, packaging boxes, etc.
Maintenance service method: Send for repair
Confirmation of the validity period of the three guarantees (repair, replacement, and refund)::
1) The validity period of the three guarantees shall be calculated from the date of issuing the invoice, excluding the time occupied by repairs and delays due to the lack of spare parts for repair. If the last day of the validity period of the three guarantees is a legal holiday, the day after the holiday shall be the last valid day of the three guarantees.
2) If the user cannot provide valid evidence such as invoices and three guarantees certificates, the 60th day after the factory date indicated by the main unit's serial number shall be the starting date of the three guarantees validity period.
3) Extension of the three guarantees validity period for repaired products: Products that have enjoyed the "three guarantees" service shall enjoy the "three guarantees" service within the remaining period of the original three guarantees validity or within 60 days from the date of repair, whichever is longer.
4) After replacement, the validity period of the three guarantees shall be recalculated from the date of replacement. A seal shall be affixed on the back of the invoice, indicating the replacement date, and a new three guarantees certificate shall be provided.
The three guarantees shall not apply to any of the following cases, but reasonable fee-based repairs may be provided::
1) Exceeding the validity period of the three guarantees;
2) Without three guarantees certificate and valid invoice, except those that can prove to be within the three guarantees validity period;
3) The content on the three guarantees certificate is inconsistent with the physical identification or has been altered;
4) Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, and care for the product in accordance with the requirements of the user manual; (Special attention should be paid to avoiding water ingress, damage from falling, and other man-made damages);
5) Damage caused by disassembly or repair by a service point not designated by FOVUE Company;
6) Damage caused by force majeure; (Including lightning strikes, fires, earthquakes, etc.);
7) The expenses for delivering and retrieving the product to be repaired to/from our company's maintenance department or its authorized maintenance points shall be shared by the user and our company respectively for the round trip;
8) All replaced parts, components, and accessories belong to our company;
9) Our company shall not be liable for any compensation other than the warranty for product failures;
10)Our company does not undertake, nor authorize its dealers, agents, or authorized service outlets to undertake any other rights and obligations beyond those specified in the warranty terms.
Terms of the "three guarantees" service:
1)If the main unit has performance failures within 7 days from the date of sale, the user can choose to return, replace, or repair it.
2)If the main unit has performance failures from the 8th day to the 90th day from the date of sale, the consumer can choose to replace or repair it.
3)Within the validity period of the three guarantees, if the main unit has performance failures and still cannot be used normally after two repairs, the same model and specification of the main unit will be replaced free of charge based on the repair records in the three guarantees certificate.
4)Within the validity period of the three guarantees, if the product has not been repaired within 60 days from the date of sending for repair, the same model and specification of the main unit will be replaced free of charge based on the invoice and the repair records provided by the repairer in the three guarantees certificate.
